Exploit the Innocent

Most infamously, American President Donald Trump, whom I believe has earned the sobriquet “Mafia Don” and knows himself to be lawless, has ways of putting others between his corrupt and criminal self and authentic defenders of the nation’s Constitution, related laws, and traditions. His latest victim? The beautiful, inexperienced, and young lawyer Lindsey Halligan who stands to ruin her career with the flimsy and entirely vindictive prosecution of James Comey.

Stonewall the Righteous

Pam Bondi, among others, has been similarly spotlighted to sit in Congressional examination and deflect, lie, obfuscate, or otherwise stonewall inquiry in defense of her dumb boss. Senator Adam Schiff asked, “What Will Bondi Answer?” in his video cut of the proceedings; Senator Dick Durban appeared forced to admonish Bondi with “You’ll Have to Answer” with regard to his query on the Trump-Epstein scandal (Oct. 7, 2025). Here’s how it went:

DURBIN: So who gave the order to flag records related to President Trump?

BONDI: To flag records for President Trump?

DURBIN: To flag any records which included his name.

BONDI: I’m not going to discuss anything about that with you, Senator.

DURBIN: Eventually, you’re going to have to answer for your conduct in this. You won’t do it today, but eventually you will.

Cover The Tracks

As part of the paranoid-delusional malignant narcissism that motivates his criminality, Donald Trump has been forced to live in a theater of his own, deeply insulated and secretive, while all around him must be made complicit in his covering. For the crime involved and the blackmail or other leverage coming off of it, Trump really cannot divulge the details or rosters to which he was privy in relation to Jeffrey Epstein’s enterprise. Every accusation against himself needs must be turned around or diverted, and every ugly truth covered by falsehood.

It’s Never The Narcissist

For the insurrection launched on January 6, 2021, Donald Trump chose to have removed from their positions all FBI once active in investigating his role in the incitement and planning of the day, which included positioning ahead of the event fraudulent Electoral College ballots. Ill Trumpolini would rather have stolen the 2020 American election than actually won it on merit. Note: the 2024 election remains shadowed by doubts and lawsuits (reference particularly one associated with Rockland County, New York) as regards it authenticity (Americans should not forget either the 2020 firing of CISA Chief Christopher Krebs).

Accuse! Accuse! Accuse!

Intimidation and Persecution of Cultural, Personal, or Political Enemies

Chris Lehman encountered through his relationship with Donald Trump the evil that accompanies a tyrant in power absolute and capricious.

For the full 31-minute interview see “Trump’s War on America” (The News Agents, October 4, 2025).

More recently and along the same tack that would be the White House’s persecution of ordinary Americans for their opinions, Stephen Miller, Trump’s Deputy Chief of Staff, said plainly of his boss’s critics and opponents, ““We will not live in fear, but you will live in exile, because the power of law enforcement under President Trump’s leadership will be used to find you, will be used to take away your money, take away your power, and if you have broken the law, to take away your freedom.”

Apparently for Stephen Miller, it’s perfectly fine for Americans to live in fear of him and Ill Trumpolini.

Abuse, Exploit, Intimidate, and Punish The Help

Six years ago, Michael Cohen, Donald Trump’s “fixer”–or lawyer who could take care of problems Mafia Don created for himself–had this to say of his tenure: “I’m ashamed that I chose to take part in concealing illicit acts rather than listening to my own conscience. I’m ashamed because I know what Mr. Trump is. He is a racist, he is a con man, and he is a cheat. I have done bad things, but I am not a bad man. I have fixed things, but I am no longer your fixer, Mr. Trump.”

Here follow along similar lines a few comments from others.

The burgeoning indictments, arraignments, and pending court dates facing former President Donald Trump are picking up such momentum that it’s easy to overlook a thread that runs through all his legal woes: He’s run so badly afoul of the American justice system not merely thanks to his sense of entitlement and his disregard for any curb on his appetites, but also because he treats the workers in his immediate orbit so poorly – Lehmann, Chris. “Breaking: Donald Trump Is a Terrible Boss.” The Nation, August 1, 2023.

Former generals, admirals, diplomats, intelligence officers and security strategists have publicly or privately accused Mr. Trump of being a liar who lacks basic knowledge about the world and represents a danger to democracy. Members of his cabinet have questioned his loyalty to the country and testified to his chaotic behavior. His press aides have talked about his lack of integrity and his tendency to attack others – Shear, Michael C. and June Kim. “Once Top Advisors to Trump, They Now Call Him ‘Liar’, ‘Fascist’ and ‘Unfit’. The New York Times, October 30, 2024.

This week my legal team submitted a formal complaint to the Inspectors General of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ). We are asking them to investigate whether federal officials are carrying out what we argue is an unconstitutional order that targets a citizen not for a crime but for dissent – Taylor, Miles. “Miles Taylor: I Criticized President Trump. Now He is Accusing Me of Treason.” Time, June 3, 2025.
